Wet Spot On Carpet Upstairs

Then last night it seemed like there were a few more spots.

Within a week or so the damp spot progressed to a puddle 4 by 6 feet that a wet vac couldn t really keep up with. Its on opposite side of all plumbing. No visible wall damage and area around it seems to be dry. Continually wet spot on our carpet my wife and i moved into a house about one year ago.
